CIAO was formed in February of 2011 with the sole purpose of promoting artists and arts organizations in Central Illinois with the event First Fridays Studio Tour. Over the next few months, eight like-minded artists became an organization of more than fifty members in 11 venues and is still growing strong. JOIN US.
